We're heading to Rome next week and plan to purchase the Roma Pass.
If we use it to get into the Colosseum as our first sight one day/time Can we re-enter or go to the Forum on another day without it being counted as a second "free" admission?

I got into Colosseum walked around saw all the levels (not the underground) exited and walked across the street and entered the Palatine Hills, toured that and went out the back exit into the Forum. (This was all on one day) So I saw all 3 as a single admission on the Roma Pass. I also used the pass on another day to see the Borghese Gallery. I think this admission idea is in the RS book, but not sure. I'm sure you can search the internet and find others who have done this.
There were 3 in my group and we were not stopped from doing this triple entry.

The answer to your question is yes, but with some limitations. You have three days to use the pass. For the colosseum combo you have 2 consecutive days to use the pass and only have it count as one admission. So if you use the pass the first day for the colosseum you must visit the forum and palatine hill by the end of the second day or you'll need to buy another entry ticket for them. The forum and palatine hill now count as one site so once you enter don't leave until you see both or they won't let you back inside. Donna
