Hi, would someone please let me know if i have a Roma pass how would i go about getting a combo-ticket for Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill using my Roma pass? I read that i can get one free admission to the sight for 2 day Roma Pass. Thank you

I have the same question, but am not clear what to do to book tickets. Did you figure it out?
(I'm considering buying a 72-hr Roma pass, and want to use it to see the Colosseum, but am not sure how to book entry tickets on teh Colosseum website using the Roma pass.)

For the colosseum ticket with the Roman pass, you can only buy the 24H Colosseum entry ticket. You click on purchase and then scroll down where you can see this "For holders of the Rome Pass, view if available here".

Right. you can only use the pass for general-entry tickets; no tours or tickets with access to the arena, etc. The Roma Pass website is pretty clear about that. From their FAQ regarding mandatory reservations:
"For the Colosseum, (Foro Romano and Palatino) ONLINE reservations are required. Roma Pass holders must book a time slot online, at Ticketing Colosseo. Reservations can be made directly from the visitor’s home country, even before purchasing the Card. Advance booking is available starting from as early as one month in advance. Under 18 year old visitors accompanied by adult Roma Pass holders and other categories entitled to free admission, you can check new procedure here at Parco Archeologico del Colosseo.
Access is from the entrance called "Valadier ".
Roma Pass is valid only for ordinary access to the monument (Arena, Sotterranei (undergorund) and Belvedere (attic) NOT included).
For groups, all participants must hold Roma Pass and must follow the procedures for booking groups on the websites."
The ticket you're allowed to use your pass for is "24h – COLOSSEUM, ROMAN FORUM, PALATINE.
