We have the girls trip to Rome on 6/24 til 6/27. Is it wise to buy the Roma pass? Isn't that ticket include 2 attractions? How would i book the Borghese Gallery with my Roma pass? Thank you
The Roma Pass is usually not very beneficial. Just buy tickets from the official sites. You will want to check on Borghese asap as those sell out quickly ( may already be gone thru June)
Like Christine, I've never been a fan of the pass, especially since you still have to make reservations for the Borghese and Colosseum. We also enjoyed exploring Rome more on foot than with public transportation so a few 1.5 Euro BIT tickets bought at a newsstand and tucked away for the few times we wanted to jump a metro or urban train was all we needed. The pass also doesn't cover transport to/from the airport, and nothing at the Vatican.
As you are paying for the pass, the 2 entries you are allowed (with a 72-hour pass) of the attractions it covers are not "Free". Those two choices also to be visited first, and consecutively before you can use the pass for discounted attractions. Some of those discounts are small.

The FAQ page of the Roma Pass website can answer just about question you have.

For instructions on reservations for the Borghese, scroll down to "Reservations" on the FAQ page, click on "For which museums it is necessary to make a reservation? How can I book?" and scroll down to ""For Borghese Gallery...." Yes, it's possible for all open times slots to already be filled when trying to make a reservation. A notice on the RP website:
"If you want to use Roma Pass for COLOSSEO and GALLERIA BORGHESE, check availability first, as booking is required."
