Hi Julie, You can buy those passes when you get there. But I strongly recommend an Amici degli Uffizi membership card rather than a Florence card. You can get this card on the day when you visit Uffizi in Florence and get right in without making a reservation and joining a long line. There is no reason to purchase the romapass online. You won't get any type of discount for doing so. It's easier just to get it when you get to Rome. Donna
