I have also read a lot of good things about Rome Cabs so I booked them to get from the airport to our apartment for our upcoming trip in September. Their communication was excellent; they responded very quickly with a confirmation of my reservation. They only charge 5 euros more than what the taxis charge and they will stand outside the terminal holding a sign with my name on it to make it easy to find them. They supposedly monitor my flight arrival information and will be there waiting for me whether my flight is late or not.

I have heard good things also about Rome Cabs. RoCar Service is cheaper, but I have seen no reveiw on them or anyone saying they have ever used them. thanks for your help
