Roads/Towns in Tuscany

Hey folks,

Anyone know the roads in Tuscany well? We are driving from the Florence Airport to Cassolare Di Libbiano outside of the center of San Gimignano. There are 3 possible routes to take. Are any of them a better route?

We are staying there for 4 days. Any recommendations for scenic roads we should use to travel around the area, or favorite towns to visit?

We used the DK Eyewitness Guidebook Backroads Northern Italy to find good routes and scenic towns.
