Any recommendations for a reliable taxi or other ride service to go from a hotel to the Naples Airport? We have a very early morning flight and don’t meet to have issues at 2:00 AM and miss a flight.

Your hotel can make taxi arrangements for you the night before or the same morning.
The airport is only 10 min from the city center.
I don’t think the airport opens before 5am or 4:30am at the earliest. Flights can’t operate at night because of noise restrictions in Naples (the airport is practically downtown) so the first flights out push back from the gate at 6am. You can be at the airport about one hour to 75 min prior to departure. Your flight will be a intra European flight.
