Rick Steves promo code for Florencetown.com

I bought the 2014 Rick Steves' Italy book. I tried to use the Ricksteves2014 code (p. 514 Florencetown) to book a couple of tours, but kept getting error message that 'the code not valid for use " . Does anyone else have this problem? And does anyone have a solution.

I don't know what Florencetown is, but I will say that the answer is probably in your question. The code for 2014 will have expired in 2014. It is 2016 now, and you would need the code - if any - in a current book.
