Thinking of taking the best of Sicily tour. What is the usual time that you have to be at the bus in the morning?

Usually sometime between 8am and 9am. It depends on the plans for the day. If you are staying in town, it’s usually 9 but if you’re getting on the bus and changing location, it’s often 9. This is a wonderful tour!

One nice thing about the Sicily tour is that the road distances are relatively short, so bus time is minimal.

Remember that not every day is a bus day.

We did this tour in April. Bus days were an 8:30 a.m. departure except for the day we went to Villa Romana del Casale and that day was 8:00 a.m. We had a late lunch (feast) at an agriturismo that day and I don’t know if that influenced departure time or just an attempt to get us into the Villa before any crowds or other tours descended. Any day that wasn’t a bus day was either 9:00 or 9:15 a.m. departure. .
