Exactly what is this? Sounds like a theatre/museum - expensive? English? Lots of walking? I (70 yr old grandma) am taking 3 boys (12,12,13) to Rome and wondered if this is something they, and I would enjoy, or not? Any answers.
It's been a while since I was a 12yr old boy but if my folks had enrolled me in a gladiator school in Rome where I could wear the garb and learn how to use a (wooden) swords and tridents Wow! Here is a detailed thread from folks who did this recently with their kids http://www.ricksteves.com/graffiti/helpline/index.cfm?topic=35210
It's really great for kids of that age, kind of like an interactive theatre show. No walking involved. Right near Colosseum. Kind of cheesy but then again, it's fun enough. And they'll learn something too. http://www.3drewind.com/
