Restaurants open in Rome on Easter

I will be in Rome on Easter with two pre-teens. I am looking for restaurants that might be open for brunch/dinner.

The common wisdom is that on Christian holidays look for a restaurant in Rome located in the Jewish ghetto. I'd be sure to reserve.

There will be a lot of restaurants open on Easter Sunday in Rome. There are so many tourists in Rome at Easter time, more particularly, at the Vaticano that for sure, restaurants will be open, at the very least at lunch time.
No need to go to the Jewish ghetto.
It should not at all be a problem finding a restaurant open on Easter Sunday in Rome.

As mentioned above, lots are open but do reserve. We've seen dozens of people standing outside restaurants on Easter Sunday, waiting for a table to open up while we waltzed in with reservations.
