Sorpasso and Il Matriciano. Ate at both in November and both were great.

Tre Pupazzi on Borgo Pio, 183. It's just a few blocks from the Vatican. I 've eaten there several times, both summer and winter, and it is always excellent. They have Portuguese specialties on Fridays and Saturdays and you can make reservations on their website!
