Will be in Lucca this spring and would like to do a day trip to Pistoia. Could anyone recommend a good fish restaurant and places of interest. I love art. Also, I heard that there is an exceptional candy shop. Does anyone know the name?

We ate at Ristoronte il Duomo and liked it. Wonderful pear risotto.

For meat try La Macelleria or I Salaioli on Piazza della Sala.
For fish maybe Cozzeria La Pluma, not far from the Duomo.
