Hi, my wife and i will be in Florence in April. Looking for authentic ,family run restaurants, not necessarily for the Florentine steak as we have plans for that. Looking for really good tasting food with a nice wine selection . Thanks

I know it's not a restaurant recommendation, but... we really enjoyed our affogato at Vivoli! https://vivoli.it/en/ No need for the more expensive specialty flavors. L'originale è perfetto!
