My wife and I will be in bologna for 2 nights in Late May. I was looking for suggestions for a couple of good places to eat. We love flavorful food and would enjoy something off of the beaten path. Thank you in advance!

I was there years ago, but my two memorable meals in Bologna were at Gigina (on the outskirts but easily accessible by bus or taxi, http://www.trattoriagigina.it/) and Gianni (in the center, no website, make reservations).

Our favorite is Il Tinello, just to the left of the Two Towers.
