Restaurant recommendations in Ravenna Italy

Not sure if Anniversary worthy but I like Trattoria al Cerchio when I’m in town.

I would recommend against Al Cerchio even though the owner Valter is nice. It was almost empty on a Saturday evening when I went in 2015. Fine with me because I got to have a nice conversation with Valter, but probably not what you're looking for.

I would recommend Enoteca La Ca' de Ven'. Via Corrado Ricci, 24. Great food and ambiance. Lots of locals. Make reservations. Consider ordering the tasting menu. The seating style in one of the rooms is such that you might end up at the same table as others, but the tables are like picnic tables and people don't usually interact with others.
