The only restaurant that comes to mind in Florence is Trattoria I’cchè c’è c’è è.
In order to provide suggestions for the Cinque Terre, it would help to know which of the five towns you'll be staying in? One big favourite of many here is Cantina di Miky in Monterosso. It's located near the train station. Don't confuse this with the more posh "Miky".

Another vote for Cantina di Miky in Monterosso.
Florence: we had very good meals at Francesco Vini and Ciro and Sons.
