Will be in Florence, Cinque terra then Venice. Anyone have some restaurants they just loved?

I daytripped to Florence so only had lunch there. Grabbed a sandwich and vino at Il Frantellini.
My favorite meal was in Vernazza in September. The Belforte at the tower above the harbor. The person I rented a room from recommended it and setup our reservation at a table at the edge looking out on the water. Amazing food the Mussels were amazing. The pesto pasta and forgot what kind of fish cooked in a salt pack which serves 2 was also amazing.
I wasnt impressed with our meals in Venice. I looked for places in the non tourist section and don't remember their names
