For a great night out go to Hostaria Antica Roma. It is located on the appian way. Take metro B to the Piramide stop, then take bus #118. Depart the bus after it passes the Domine Quo Vadis Church and walk about 100 meters and the entrance is on your left. Paolo, the owner, is a very charismatic host and explains his menu with enthusiasm. The food is incredible and the setting is very memorable.
