Any reccomendations in Assisi? I will be there ash wed and thursday. I'm interested in something italians love and has great food. Thank you in advance.

If you hit it off with a local while you're there, ask him/her for a place that they go for food. Stress that you want local food.
Assisi is beautiful, by the way. You'll have a great time. Please come back to this site after your trip so you can tell us what Assisi was like for Ash Wednesday.
