Hi Jansechak, I'm going just a few days before you, and am eager to hear the forum's suggestions as we're going to all those cities too! The only restaurant I've looked into at Lake Como is La Fagurida near Tremezzo, which is above the Villa Carlotta that we're visiting.

a friend was there about a year ago and told me about these:
davincenzo.it it's in positano. was in a cave, excellent food and dessert tray to die for
latagliata.com in positano. very reasonable prices, a lot of food family style. you are served what mama cooks that day. may need a ride to and fro.
bucadibacco.it lovely view of the ocean
auroracapri.com beautiful setting and people. you can eat on the street side during day bit at night only the "beautiful people" bet seated there (FWIW)
verginiello-capri where locals eat and of few open during off season
casalevillarena.it under services is restaurant and also themed night dinners
la locando del gusto chef carmen opened this small family restaurant near her school where she has cooking classes.
hope this get you started. you'll probably get lots of different responses with a options and other people's favorites. just don't forget to stop for gelato. enjoy, eat till your hearts content and may need to roll back to hotel.
