Hello all! I’m looking for a resort in Puglia, preferably with a spa or spa-like amenities. We would love to be able to walk and/or bike to a restaurant or two, but a short taxi ride would be fine, too. We appreciate a calm and quiet property, and honestly, we would love a bit of luxury. No particular spot in Puglia is necessary, we just would love a beautiful and pampering spot to relax for a few days. Thank you in advance for your suggestions!

I have read about Borgo Egnazia in travel magazines and it is luxury. I have not been there.
We enjoyed Hotel Covo dei Saraceni overlooking the water in Polignano a Mare. Lovely walkable town.

We too stayed at the Covo dei Saraceni (2 nts) while on a group tour in Sept 18. What a treat. You can easily walk over to the old town and there are many restaurants in the vicinity. We did not partake in any of the spa features - but the property and the location felt as a spa to us. The view into the town at night is lovely. There is a tiny small Italian (read pebbles) at the foot of the hotel.
