This is a link to the official site for reserving tickets. I also recommend calling them as it seems that more tickets are available by phone. We bought a 3-hour walking tour of Milan from Viatour that was delightful. It included the Last Supper, and much more. Our guide was excellent and she really brought the city, it's history, and it's present into perspective. And, we learned so much more about the Last Supper than just viewing it.
