So I made a reservation on a high speed train through Trenitalia and I was ordering two tickets, but I forgot to put a passenger name on one of the tickets. Is there a way to correct this? Is this going to be an issue? I made a reservation using the Eurail pass, so the ticket has my companion's Eurail pass number on the ticket, but not her name. Help! Thanks.

The conductor will only need to know the PNR code that is on your ticket. As Nigel says, it won't be an issue.

The majority of train tickets and seat reservations don't have names and actually are transferable, for anyone to use, unlike rail passes.
