Reservations for visiting St Mark's Basilica and the museum?

Hi folks,
Should we make reservations to visit st Mark's Basilica and the museum. We are going this September. Also, we want to attend the mass at the church. Does anyone know what time does that happen?

Thanks!

Did you book the tour with some company? The entrance to the church is free as what I read from the site and the museum costs 4euros each.

Is the reservation free for the museum and the church? Is there an entrance fee for them to be paid?

No need to reserve ahead of time if you know when to go. Early in the morning before the cruise ship passengers disembark and late in the afternoon as they start to go away.
