What would be the easiest way to get reservations in mid-October?

If you have reservations with a Florence hotel, they are usually happy to make your reservations for you. Just e-mail the hotel with info on what reservations you need, with the date, time, and number of tickets you need and names.

We are not staying in Florence. Florence will be a day trip. (I've been there before).
