We will be in the Emilio Romagna are, including Cinque Terre, on or near Republic Day. Since Republic Day is on a Sunday, will people be taking off on Monday and shops, etc. be closed?
Secondly, we are getting mixed information about parking in Cinque Terre. Wd are interested in staying in Monterosso but information about this in other CT towns will be useful too.
