Reply from scavi office for Necropolis tour

Hello everyone,

I wanted to get a schedule for the Necropolis tour so I filled up the request form online on Feb 5. I immediately received acknowledgment of my request.
However, it is now 9 days since, and I have not received any other email to confirm the date and time of the tour.
Does anyone know where I can follow up? How long does it take for scavi to revert?

Hi Elizabeth- I can share my own experience with you. I requested the tour back in October of 2024 for a March 27 or 28 visit. I received confirmation of the request immediately (October 28) Today, February 24th, I received confirmation of the tour (March 27 at 3 pm) and a link to enter payment details, followed by another confirmation of payment and instructions for getting to the tour.
