Our family is seeking villa lodging for next June 2025 or something similar (private for just our group) in northern Italy area. Do you have any referrals, recommendations for a one week stay, party of 6-8 people? We're looking in the Tuscany region, Lake Como area. Hopefully something with air conditioning as I'm aware that Italy has a mosquito problem during the summer and at least having air conditioned bedrooms would be most helpful. Much appreciated. Our budget is approximately $5000-$6000 for the week.

I'm also confused by the request. Lake Como is not in Tuscany, it's in the region of Lombardy, almost 5 hour drive away from Tuscany (and almost the same distance by train).
