Renting a Car in Sicily for 6 days.

We are going to Sicily this June. And need to rent a car. Does anyone have any recommendations for Car Models/Classes/types? We will have three adults and one 22-24 inch suitcase a piece. Or any rental brokers or companies? Any help would be appreciated. We were looking at a Mercedes A180 But it looks a little small...thoughts?

Three adults of varying heights and weights were fine in a Fiat Panda for 11 days last year, with one carry-on (all fit in the trunk) and one daybag each. I'm sure the small Mercedes would do.
