Rentals in Cortona

For all the Cortona lovers, where do you recommend renting? 2 adults, maybe without a car. Thanks!

We have rented apartments twice in the town of Cortona: Pancrazi from Classic Tuscan Rentals, and Il Nido from Le Gelosie. We liked both of them but I do have two caveats: Il Nido is on the Piazza Repubblica and was noisy on Saturday night, but not on the other nights we were there. There are a lot of stairs to get to Pancrazi, and the apartment itself has four levels counting the terrace, so you have to be in pretty good shape to stay there.
