Is it easy to navigate and find rental car drop off at Rome's FCO Airport?

We’ve returned cars to FCO twice...just followed the signs for rental car returns into a parking garage, then to individual rental companies. This first time was towards rush hour...knew we’d be into a of traffic, so I found a YouTube video of literally “returning a rental car to FCO” lol!

About the same, including signage, as returning any rental car to a USA airport. Just follow the arrows in the parking garage next to the terminal.

The signs on the motorway are both in English and in Italian, just follow them.

That is true --- an arrow pointing to the left in Italy has exactly the same meaning as an arrow pointing to the left in English. The Italians are not dumb. They know how to direct language impaired Americans.
