We’re in Umbria now, returning our rental car (Hertz) to FCO on Monday. Can anyone tell me if the rental car return area is well marked as we get close to the terminals?

We returned a Hertz car last year to FCO. Just like any Am airport. Lots of signage, in English, just follow the arrows. It was quick and easy.

Yes. The car rental returns are in the multistory parking towers across from the terminals. I don’t remember which one Hertz is (A, B or C). Since they are not all in the same tower, pay attention to the signs for Hertz once you approach the Parking towers.
