We currently have a rental car reservation for a Volvo V60 Wagon in La Spezia through Europcar. My husband is very tall (6' 7") and we will be traveling with another couple. A large car is a must. What has your experience been with this rental agency? Was the car you reserved (or similar class) available?
I do not want to show up and find out that the only thing available is a small car. Would going to a larger branch (perhaps Pisa) increase our odds of getting a suitable sized vehicle? Thanks in advance for sharing your tips and experience with me!
