What company outside of Venice to use for a rental car with navigation?
We were in Italy for the month of May photographing. We rented a car from Auto Europe and picked it up at the Piazza Roma in Venice. We did not ask for a navigation system , but the car came with one. It was a great help if you know how to use one. First of all, the directions were in Italian. We Stayed at a neat place in Umbria, and a man from the Netherlands helped us put it into English and showed us how to use it. We went to the Sibillini Mountains, and then he helped us progrom it 2 weeks later when we went to La Spezia to drop off the car. It was such a big city I am glad we had the navigation system.
Lea, we also rented directly here from Auto Europe's web site, and then picked the car up at the aponited location. They have an option of renting you a GPS (navigation unit) for any car that you rent from them. At the time we rented it was an extra $80 for the week. We should have got it!
