My family is coming in on various flights, all arriving w/in a half an hour or so at Malpensa/Milan. Once they get through customs is there a meeting place someone can recommend at Terminal 1 where we the first to arrive can sit and wait? I can't remember if there is a cafe with seats. Any ideas?

If all else fails, there's the lobby of the Sheraton. Just remember that cafes and restaurants don't provide free public seating. You are expected to purchase something if you use the furniture.

Thanks, that map helped a lot. For others, the map takes a long while to load. In fact, I had found it before and thought it was broken. Just give it time and it will appear.
