Relaxing respite after hiking the Dolomites?

Hi all! Planning to do a 5-day hut-to-hut hike in Dolomites in early August ending near Cortina in the Veneto region. I'd like to spend a couple of days afterwards relaxing/recuperating. I was thinking at the beach for a real change of scenery, but perhaps a lake or Tuscany. Ideally would be reasonably accessible by train (so not, say, Sicily) from where I'll end my hike, and then again reasonably accessible to an international airport for my travel home. Thoughts?

We just returned from staying at the Isabella Experience in Tuscany -- https://www.theisabellaexperience.com/la-moscadella-in-castelmuzio-tuscany/. (We flipped your itinerary -- stayed here first and then hit the Dolomites). A beautiful, relaxing stay! Not the best though if you don't have a car but it was amazing and thoroughly relaxing.

Also, driving, Ortisei in the Dolomites was about a 6-hour drive to Tuscany/Pienza.

Could you look at Trieste/Muggia outside of Venice? Or hit Slovenia?
