We are staying near Anguillara (about 40 minutes North of Rome) and will take the train from that station to San Pietro. Will that train ticket be valid on Bus # 64 which we will take to get to the Vatican? Or do we need to buy a separate ticket to take buses?

NO, no, no. You need a separate bus ticket. However, when you get off at San Pletro, the Vatican is just around the corner. Very walkable. It is bus 64 from Termini.

Thank you!!! We are travelling with kids and grandparents so looking to utilize as many buses/trams as possible. From San Pietro station do you happen to know the bus we would take to the Collesseum?
