We spent two nights at the Hotel Continental RC in 2018. https://www.hotelcontinentalrc.it/. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable, good breakfast, walking distance from the ferry and to sites in town. However, from the photos on their website, it looks like they may have upgraded their decor. We were there to visit the Archeological Museum, primarily to see the Riace Bronzes, but we found the entire museum enjoyable. Other than that, we just strolled around town.
