Anyone had any luck getting a refund from COOP Culture for a Coliseum Underground and Belvedere tour that was cancelled due to rain? Ticket booth agent said I'd be credited within a couple of days. It's now been two weeks and haven't seen anything.

Have you emailed coopculture to see about a refund? They are the ones who would issue the refund not the people from the ticket booth. They don't work for coopculture and probably have no idea how long a refund will take.

Got my refund from COOP Culture today. It took about three weeks, which isn't bad.
