Because of the Coronavirus in Italy and the level 4 , we had to cancel our upcoming trip. I am trying to get a refund on my train tickets and it looks like today is the deadline and I can only get 50% back. Can anyone help? We are traveling on Italo trains...
Are you referring to this offer?

It says to call and I suggest you do that ASAP. It is already evening in Italy.
If you bought your tickets from Rail Europe, their page says something different, so you should call them for help.

Not that it may make a difference but the entire country of Italy is not at level 4, only Lombardy and Veneto, and only according the U.S. State Dept. The rest of the country is at level 3, and some other countries, such as Canada, have not issued cautions beyond levels 1 and 2.
Can anyone help?
Sorry, but you really expect Italo to change its policies because of a decisions taken by a foreign government?
As far as I've heard, no special rebates are in currently effect for travel past yesterday, so you'd have to follow the regular refund options provided through your point of sale, such as https://www.italotreno.it/en/the-train/fares
or if you booked them through the Rail Europe link on this web site, then see https://ricksteves.mytraintravel.com/spip.php?page=contact.
I’ve been on the Trenitalia site trying to get train ticket refunds for my cancelled Italy trip. I’ve been able to receive refunds only on those tickets that are not to or from Fiumicino airport. Are there any special forms or websites to receive refunds for these normally non-refundable tickets?
