Will I be able to buy insurance for stays at hotels and agriturismos that are NOT listed in the Red Rooster website ( https://www.redrooster.it/en/ )? My stay is coming up in a month and all the good Red Rooster listed options are fully booked. This leaves me with places that aren't part of the RR alliance. My questions:
- For these non-RR listed stays, can I buy Red Rooster insurance for Covid-related cancellations (e.g., closed borders, quarantine requirements...etc.)? I have health insurance coverage from my employer.
- If not, where can I find good cancellation insurance? I have the Chase Sapphire Reserve card, but their website is vague about Covid-related insurance.
I searched this forum, but couldn't find the relevant and updated info. Any pointers are appreciated. Grazie!
