You can check with Stefano at romecabs.com. They also do wonderful tours in addition to their transfer service. Have heard nothing but praise for his new tour service.

Contact Francesca Caruso (listed in the Guidebook) as she's excellent! Her mother was born in USA and her English is perfect. She also strives to make you 'feel' whatever site she is guiding you through.
