I am contemplating using a company called Quick.md (a Telemed company) SHOULD I need a Recovery Letter to return to the United States. Quick.md states that they will send the letter in PDF format. Does anyone know if the airline (United) accepts the electronic version or do we have to print out a hard copy at our hotel's business center? Thanks for your response.
I’d want a hard copy either way
You are probably right - better safe than sorry. It's just that I have so many papers for this trip that I was hoping to avoid it. My pile of documents, notes, calendar, etc are growing by the day. I have to figure out how to organize them better as I'm starting to have trouble finding what I'm looking for. Beginning to think I am too old for trips in this rather complicated age of travel. My love of Italia is the only thing seeing me through all of this.
I think digital is probably fine but this is a better safe than sorry type thing so…print if you can.
What are your other papers? Can you make them digital so you have less paper to worry about and can do the covid stuff on paper without getting overwhelmed?
Thanks, Mira. I think I am just feeling burnt out lately and the trip planning hasn't been as pleasurable as it once was. I'm hoping that once I've landed that Italy will work its magic and be the antidote to my scattered thought process!
We just returned from Italy they asked for all our papers in Rome which included our recovery letters I had them in both digital and printed form they wanted the papers in both Rome and Zurich which was our layover before flight back to USA
