Recommended Vatican Tours ?

We are looking at "Walks of Italy", "The Complete Vatican Tour with Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter’s Basilica".

My AI recommended The Roman Guy, but for our date, Oct 11, the price was extremely high with them. Walks of Italy was half that price. The problem is, some reviews reflect some issues with that company. We really wanted everything, including the dome, but cannot find it. I am so anxious about this tour! I don't like crowds, but would love to see everything, at least a kinds-sorta. I am thinking that maybe we lower our expectations. Has anyone recently done any tours of the Vatican? Any suggestions or feedback on your experiences would be appreciated :

Tours that include the basilica, dome and museums are very rare but the Roman Guy has one:

Note that while they provide "a detailed overview" of the basilica, you'll be exploring it on your own before moving onto the museums. You'll be walking outside between the church and the museums. This tour is also listed as 5 hours in length to cover the itinerary. The tour is more expensive than the WOI tour you are looking at because of the added dome climb, which adds to the overall length of the tour. You didn't mention when you'll be visiting Rome but safe to say you can expect crowds in both museums and basilica unless, maybe, you're going in the off season.

Editing to add: I haven't taken this tour as the dome climb doesn't personally appeal (especially to my knees).
