While we are past familiar with Circumvesuviana and the favorable rates, this upcoming trip offers a dynamic which makes me explore private car transfer to Sorrento. Long story short: We are adult family of 3, coming via Frecciarossa arriving Naples from Florence at 15:00 on Saturday, 09/04. Adult #3 is daughter who has been finishing medical school study in Milan, based with two pieces of "young adult needs" luggage. Yes, you parents, you know the drill!! My original plan was to connect with the next Circumvesuviana to Sorrento . . . however, now coming to reality and reflecting upon the conditions (not a negative) of what one can experience on a Circumvesuviana route, I think we be best served by a relaxed private car transfer to Sorrento. Trying to schlep 4 cases (abeit they are only the "24" size) and negotiate the boarding protocol . . . Long story getting longer . . (sorry!), I only post to solicit any recommendation for a private transfer to Sorrento. I have made email requests with 4 different providers and have already received a personal reply from Francesco Marrapese, impressed that he sent it at midnight, his time. Bottom line, anybody's suggestion for comfort and relax v. economy. Thank you!!!!
