Can anyone recommend a mask shop in Venice? Hopefully with a successful shipping experience?

Kathleen - As you walk Venice you'll see so many shops selling masks - One of my wife's favorite shops is over the Rialto Bridge from the San Marco side in a building on the right by the market. You often can negotiate a bit in that area whereas , in San Marco area, the prices are high and very seldom negotiable.
