We have six healthy adults, and we are looking for a three or four bedroom lodging with at least two bathrooms in Varenna, Italy. We will not have a car, so we are looking for lodging that is within walking distance of the town.

A car would remain parked while you use the ferries, look for an hotel not far from the dock.

For something like that I suggest searching vrbo.com or airbnb.com - you would have the best chance of finding what you are looking for there. However, you should also consider one of the hotels in town as you may find the daily cost for 3 rooms would be less expensive.

Varenna does not have many places like that. We wanted the same thing and ended up instead reserving in MENAGGIO which was for 2020 and thus had to cancel. We went last summer instead and ended up in Bellano. It is next stop after Varenna on train line.
