Looking for a 2-5 day cooking school in Tuscany area. Not looking for cooking vacation, just education while in Florence, July 24-31 and planning to venture with daughter, making our way to Venice by August 6th? Online schools seem so expensive and I hope to find a more low key, traditional venue. Would love any input.
