We've been to Italy several times and we are going to be traveling in the north for two weeks after a cruise. I'd like suggestions for a couple of day trips out of Arezzo. We've been to Arezzo a couple of years ago and this time, we plan to drive to Gubbio one day. Can you suggest one or two more things/places to visit in the area?
We'll be driving from Rome to Lucca - 2 nights
Zoagli/Santa Margh. - 3 nights
Lake Garda - 2 nights
San Marino - 2 nights
Arezzo - 4 nights (3 nights in a B&B just outside of town and 1 night in Cavriglia about 40 min. away at a winery)
We've been to Siena, Florence, Orvieto, and a few other places.
Also, any suggestions for a couple of stops as we drive south to Rome on E35?
